Group Visit Policies and FAQs
Q: How do we schedule a group visit?
A: After reading our Group Visit FAQs, please complete our Group Visit Request Form. After you submit a group visit request, our Admissions Visit Coordinator will send you an email to either request more information or to confirm your request. You must request group visits at least 2 weeks in advanced. We can only accommodate groups with a confirmed reservation.
Q: What constitutes a group visit?
A: For in-person visits group maximum is 20 students (juniors or seniors only) with one chaperone per 10 students. There is no maximum for virtual group visits and they are open to all high school aged students.
Q: What will be included in our visit? How long does a typical visit take?
A: In-person visits typically last 90 minutes and includes a 30 minute information session led by an admissions counselor and a 60 minute campus tour led by a student tour guide. Please arrive fifteen minutes early to allow time to check in prior to the information session. Virtual group information session last 30 minutes.
Q: What do I do if our group is running late or we have to cancel?
A: If your group is running late please contact the Admissions Office immediately. Call 410-337-6100 to let us know you are running late. If your group is more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate the full information session and campus tour schedule as planned. If your group has to cancel, please notify our Admissions Visit Coordinator at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
