The Information Technology Help Desk is offering live support through links on the IT website. The links can be found on the
IT Services and
Help & Assistance pages. You will be notified whether Live Help is off or online. When it is offline, you can send an email that will go directly to the Help Desk. For now, Live Help will be available during normal business hours which runs from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Live Help is a great way for Help Desk professionals to help you find information and troubleshoot issues.
