What to do with Junk Email

In order to improve how we block junk or unsolicited e-mail (spam) to the campus, we would like to ask you to use a new procedure for notifying the Help Desk about spam.  Simply forward the unwanted e-mail to spam@goucher.edu (or simply enter spam in the TO: field of Outlook or Outlook Web Access). Once it has been forwarded, please delete the message. The information found in the forwarded messages will be used to update our SPAM definitions and protect us from future unwanted mailings.

Please note, this procedure replaces the previous process of moving the message to the SPAM Public Folder.
