Summer Masking Update

Dear Goucher community,

The Goucher College COVID-19 Taskforce continues to meet regularly to review health and safety protocols on campus. Due to the current de-densification of campus for the summer, the Taskforce has decided that effective immediately, the College will return to a mask optional policy. This updated policy is in effect through August 1, 2022.

We understand that wearing a mask is a personal choice based on risk factors, and this updated policy allows everyone to make the best decision for themselves.

As we prepare to return students to campus this fall, the masking policy and other COVID-19 mitigation efforts will continue to be reviewed by the Taskforce and any updates communicated to the entire campus community prior to August.
