Program Goals

1. Evaluate environmental sustainability issues by systematically using discipline-specific knowledge, and develop an understanding of sustainability issues within their broader interdisciplinary context.

2. Determine how personal and collective decisions and actions affect the environment.

3. Formulate or evaluate potential solutions to environmental sustainability problems using course-specific knowledge and taking into account the connections that exist between society and natural systems.
