Goucher College is working in partnership with Cecil County Schools to sponsor education cohorts nearby in Harford County! Courses may be taken for a master's degree, certificate renewal, a +30 program, or a post-master's professional development certificate.

TUITION AND FEES
For qualified CCPS cohort students, tuition per credit is covered by a combination of direct billing to the county as well as a tuition discount for up to nine credits calendar year (Winter term through Fall term). The student pays the per credit student and technology fee (see tuition and fees page for update fee per credit cost). If grade requirements are not met, or a student goes over those nine credits, the student pays the discounted tuition of $483 per credit.
