Sarah Lummis, a 2017 Goucher graduate and psychology major, recently published an article in Psi Chi's Journal of Psychological Research.

The Goucher College Center for Psychology is proud to announce that we have been ranked by Zippia.com as the best college in Maryland for Psychology Majors to find jobs.

On April 26, a number of psychology majors attended and presented at the annual Goucher Symposium. In the research presentations category, Sam Kane-Gerard ('18), Scotty Lind ('18), and Sarah Lummis ('17) spoke about their work on whether academic resource centers promote empirically-supported learning strategies to undergraduates.

Associate Professor of Psychology Dr. Nyasha Grayman-Simpson recently published the article, "What Would I Know About Mercy? Faith and optimistic expectancies among African Americans" in the March 2017 volume of Race and Social Problems.

There is publication news from two Goucher alums who were part of faculty-mentored research teams at Goucher during their time as undergraduates.
