Enrollment & Degree Verification
Goucher College Registrar’s Office will provide a verification of enrollment or a verification of a degree, by request from a student, guardian or third party. If the student has not restricted their directory information, directory information can be provided without a signed request from the student.
Enrollment Verification
Directory information that can be provided includes:
- Student name
- Full or part-time enrollment of a student
- Dates of attendance
- Expected date of graduation
If the student has restricted their directory information, or if information such as the number of credits, a course schedule, the GPA, or the social security number is requested, the student must submit a signed and dated enrollment verification form (PDF).
Degree Verification
Directory information that can be provided includes:
- Student name
- The degree
- Date of the degree
- Majors, minors and concentrations
- Dates of attendance
- Honors and awards
If the student has restricted their directory information, or if information other than directory information is requested, the student must submit a signed and dated enrollment verification form (PDF).
