Tiffany Justice is the Director of Campus Safety at Goucher College and a 2025 finalist for Campus Safety Magazine’s Campus Safety Director of the Year award. She joined Goucher’s Campus Safety department in September 2017 after serving as a Special Police Officer for ten years at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
A native of Denver, Colorado, Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and criminology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. During her undergraduate studies, she developed a passion for working with youth, which has shaped both her professional career and her experience as a coach. Now pursuing a degree in Athletic Administration, Tiffany hopes to bridge the intersections of coaching and leading her staff.
Outside of her professional life, Tiffany is a hobbyist photographer and a dedicated music enthusiast. In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with loved ones, attending live music performances, and indulging in her love for sports.

Andy arrived at Goucher in the summer of 2017. With experience in all aspects of facilities management, he leads the facilities team in delivering the best possible service and spaces for Goucher’s students, faculty, visitors, and staff. Andy can often be found collaborating on and implementing Campus Operations initiatives. In his free time, Andy enjoys being outdoors with his daughter, Madison, on any number of weekend adventures.

A Baltimore native and Goucher alum, Kelly returned to the campus “virtually” in December 2021for the division for Student Affairs where she served as the administrative assistant to the Vice President and the Dean of Students. Within her first year, she was also tasked to serve as the parent & family coordinator for the division. In September 2024, Kelly transitioned to become the executive administrative assistant to the Vice President for Campus Operations and the CFO/Senior Vice President for Finance & Administration. With an extensive background in theatre production as well as administration, Kelly can identify both short-term objectives and long-term necessities; filling in as needed to ensure that the show continues no matter what is going on behind the scenes.
Kelly lives in the city with her partner, their four children, and three dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, and she finds that baking helps her feel centered when the stresses of life get too overwhelming.
