Seniors who wish to have official transcripts showing second-semester grades and a statement of graduation sent to graduate schools or employers should request a transcript on the Registrar’s website. Be sure to select, Please hold this request, until current grades are posted. The graduation date and appropriate honors are posted on the transcript by the end of the day of Commencement.  Please allow ample processing time. A student may receive a diploma and a transcript only after satisfactory settlement of all college bills and any student-conduct sanctions.

Notification of completion of the degree will be emailed to students they day after Commencement, and will not be released beforehand.  Please refrain from requesting this information prior to this release date in order to allow the staff time to complete their work.  Students who do not satisfy all of the graduation requirements will be contacted by the Office of the Provost.
