What types of events can you host?

How many guests can you accommodate?
From a small, intimate gathering of 20 to a performance with a 900-plus person audience, we have spaces to accommodate a huge variety of events. We have a variety of indoor and outdoor options, as well as customizable room configurations to exceed your needs.
Can I request accessibility accommodations for events and/or tours?
Yes. The Office of Accessibility will require at least two weeks’ notice prior to the event. Complete the Events & Tours Accessibility Request form for any accessibility needs.
What amenities are included with my event rental?
Tables, chairs, and basic audio/visual needs are included in the reservation fee of most facilities. Additional equipment and amenities may be available in specific venues/spaces. Visit our Venues page for more details on venue-specific amenities.
Can we bring our own vendors (caterers, decorators, etc.) or do you have preferred vendors?
Yes, organizers may use their own vendors. However, if you are serving alcohol at your event, you must use a licensed and insured vendor.
Is there a minimum rental time requirement?
No, there is no minimum rental time. However, if your event requires AV, security, or custodial staffing, there is a minimum 4-hour charge.
Do you offer any packages or custom pricing for specific types of events or time slots?
Yes! We have packages available for custom events such as weddings, conferences, and camps. See more information about these packages under the Custom Events section of our site.
What are the parking options for guests? Is there a fee for parking?
The main parking area available to guests and visitors is in the Dorsey Center lot. There is no charge to visitors to park in this lot and it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information on parking, visit our Map & Directions page.
What is your policy on alcohol service? Do you provide bartending services or can I bring my own alcohol?
Bon Appetit is the College’s catering service and can provide bar services. If you would like to use another caterer, they must have an alcohol permit and insurance. Organizers cannot serve their own alcohol. For more information on catering with Bon Appetit, please visit our Services page.
Is there an onsite coordinator or staff available to assist with my event?
The College can provide AV technicians, custodial staffing and campus safety to support events.
What is your cancellation policy?
Information pulled from the Facility and Services Agreement:
If Organization cancels the Program after signing their Facility and Services Agreement,
Organization is liable for the twenty-five percent (25%) non-refundable deposit. If
Organization cancels the Program within thirty (30) calendar days of the Program,
Organization is liable for the fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit. If Organization
cancels the program within ten (10) calendar days of the Program, Organization is
liable for the Total Estimated Charges.
Are there any additional fees or charges to be aware of?
Information pulled from the Facility and Services Agreement:
Refundable damage deposit: the Organization is required to provide a refundable damage
deposit for each contracted venue. If Organization and/or its Participants damage
or destroy College property, Organization will be invoiced for such costs within thirty
(30) calendar days of the end of the Program. Costs will be deducted from the damage
deposit. If costs exceed the deposit amount, the Organization agrees to pay such costs
within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of College invoice.
