Student Employment is a campus-wide program involving many offices.

Here in the financial aid office we handle questions about eligibility for Federal Work Study (FWS).

FWS funding may be available to students with demonstrated need. Although jobs are not guaranteed, FWS eligible students have some advantages in their on-campus job hunting. Many departments choose to prioritize FWS students in a variety of ways to help support their higher need.

If you do not already have Federal Work Study in your financial aid package and you believe you have financial need, then please e-mail the financial aid office to request a re-evaluation of your eligibility for FWS.
