Follow the tips below (using the Firefox browser) in order to ensure proper operation of Canvas. If using a different browser, search your browser directions for the same procedures.
Allow Cookies

Clear Cookies
- Perform these steps regularly: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored
Enable Pop-Ups
- Enable Pop-Ups in Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1012416
Update Browser Plugins
- Check for needed software updates: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-plugins-play-audio-video-games
Install Java
- Make sure the latest Java Software is installed on your computer.
- Uninstall all versions of Java before installing the new version.
- Go to http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp for the free download.
- If videos will not play, add http://learn.goucher.edu to the Java Exception Site List: http://java.com/en/download/exception_sitelist.jsp
Install QuickTime
- Make sure you have the latest version of QuickTime on your computer.
- Uninstall any old version before installing the new version.
- Go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html for the free download.
Update/Install Adobe Reader
- Go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/ for the free download.
