The OneCard system records every transaction. At most locations, you'll receive a receipt detailing your purchases and noting the amount charged to your account and the remaining balance. At photocopiers and vending machines, which have no receipt printers, your balance will be displayed on the screen in the card reader after you have completed your transaction.

Please note that we will release account information only to the individual whose name is on the account. If you wish to release information to third parties, including your parents, we require your written authorization. The Account Information Release Form is on the back of the OneCard brochure. Each student will be given this brochure when they receive their new OneCards. The forms can be given to the OneCard office on Opening Day or can be dropped off at the Controller's Office.

This consent form must be renewed each academic year.
