Campus Safety Info for New Students
Even in a community as quiet as Goucher's, it's reassuring to know the college has these programs, policies, and services in place to keep the campus safe and secure in ANY circumstance:
- Goucher's Threat Assessment team works proactively to prevent, identify, assess, and manage situations that may pose a safety threat to the campus community. Read more about how to report a threat.
- Sexual misconduct is absolutely not tolerated at Goucher. The college is committed to providing a community of mutual trust and respect among students, faculty, and staff. View our Policy Against Discrimination & Harassment and Title IX website for more information and reporting.
- We are equally serious about the affect alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs can have on your safety and our campus environment. Read the Alcohol, Tobacco, Cannabis & Other Drugs Policy, and others on our policies page.
- Are you bringing a car to campus? Motor vehicles must be registered with the Office of Campus Safety. Read the Vehicle Registration Policy to learn more about the steps you need to take to registering your vehicle.
The Office of Campus Safety is located on the ground floor of Heubeck Hall. For more information, email OfficeofCampusSafety@goucher.edu or call 410-337-6112.
